Our Story

Founding of GSPNRI

Established in 2021, the Global Society for Philippine Nurse Researchers, Inc. was born out of a pressing need to elevate the voice of Filipino nurses in the global research community. Recognizing the critical role of nursing science in shaping healthcare policies and practices, GSPNRI aims to provide a platform for Filipino nurse researchers to collaborate, innovate, and lead.

Dr. Michael John Flores holds prominent roles as Vice President of TopRank Review Academy and Academic Director at St. Bernadette of Lourdes College.

Prof. Benedicto Reyes Jr.

Secretary

Benedicto B. Reyes, Jr. is an Assistant Professor at Centro Escolar Universityand has been recognized with the Safe Staffing in Nursing: A Concept Analysis award by GSJ Publication in 2022.

Dr. Elmer Bondoc

Public Relations Officer

Dr. Elmer D. Bondoc is the Dean of the School of Nursing and Allied Medical Sciences at Holy Angel University and has been recognized as a prominent figure in the Philippine Nurses Association.

Dr. Ayesha Penuela

Board of Trustees

Ayesha C. Penuela is a Research Coordinator at West Visayas State University Medical Center. She is a nurse specializing in mental health and psychiatric nursing, with a focus on nursing research.

Dr. Nenita Panaligan is an Associate Professor IV at Cavite State University, where she also serves as the Research Coordinator for the College of Nursing.
